Uploading a document after you've already applied
You're not limited to what you uploaded during the original application.
If you need to add a document after submitting — whether it's something you skipped at the time, or something the team has requested — you don't need to start a new application.
Log in and open the application from your dashboard. Its detail view includes an upload option where you can add additional documents at any point, and each one is timestamped and visible in your application's activity log so you can confirm it went through.
If your status shows "Documents Required," that's a hold state specifically waiting on something from you — check your notifications or the application detail page for exactly what's needed, upload it, and the application moves forward again once it's reviewed.
