Understanding each stage of your setup
Your dashboard tracker moves through seven stages from submission to a completed company.
Every application moves through the same stages, visible as a tracker on your dashboard:
Application Submitted Your form and payment have been received.
Under Review The team is checking your documents and details before forwarding your application to the relevant authority.
Approved Your company name and activity have been accepted by the authority and formal registration is underway.
Documents Required Not every application passes through this stage — it only appears if something specific is still needed from you. It's a hold state, not a step backward; your application resumes as soon as what's requested is uploaded.
Company Registered Your trade licence has been issued.
Visa Processing If you added any residence visas, this stage tracks entry permit, medical, Emirates ID and stamping for each one.
Completed Your company formation — and any visas — are fully finalised.
Each stage change triggers a notification, so you don't need to keep refreshing the dashboard to know when something's moved forward.
