How long does each stage typically take?

Timelines vary by package and authority, but as a general guide: Under Review typically takes 1–2 working days, and Approved (name and activity acceptance) usually another 1–2 working days after that.
Company Registered — meaning your trade licence is issued — generally follows within 3–7 working days of approval, depending on the authority and how quickly any outstanding documents are provided. Most free zone packages sit toward the faster end of that range; mainland packages, which involve more government touchpoints, tend toward the slower end.
If you've added residence visas, Visa Processing typically adds another 5–10 working days per visa, covering entry permit, medical test, Emirates ID and stamping.
