How notifications work
Where to find updates on your application, and when you'll hear from Codeeo.
Your dashboard has a notifications area that logs every meaningful update on your application — a stage change, a document request, a payment confirmation, or a message from the team.
Key notifications are also sent to the email address on your account, so you don't have to log in just to know your status changed. Notifications are specific to each application, so if you have more than one in progress, each keeps its own timeline.
If you believe you're missing an update — for example your status changed but you didn't get a notification — check the application's own activity log on its detail page, which records everything even if an email didn't arrive.
