The cheapest way to start a business in Dubai in 2026
Real numbers on the lowest-cost UAE company formation routes, and what you actually get at each price point.
Budget is usually the first question founders ask, so let's answer it directly with real package pricing rather than vague ranges.
The lowest entry point
Ajman Free Zone Value is our most affordable package, starting from AED 5,200 in professional fees. It's a digital trade licence with no paid-up capital requirement, ideal for freelancers and first-time founders who don't need a visa immediately.
Close behind
IFZA Freelancer starts from AED 5,750 and is popular with solo consultants who want a Dubai address rather than a neighbouring emirate. SHAMS Media & Creative starts from AED 6,400 for media, marketing and tech founders.
What's not included in the headline price
Every package also carries a government fee (set by the licensing authority, not by us) and a flat AED 2,000 establishment card fee. We show both separately from our professional fee so you always see the real total before you commit.
Cheap doesn't mean limited
Even our lowest-cost packages come with full support: document handling, licence issuance and bank introduction assistance. You can always add a visa or upgrade your office later as the business grows.
