What happens if my card payment doesn't go through?
A failed or abandoned card payment doesn't lose your application.
If your card is declined, you close the Stripe Checkout tab, or your session times out, your application is still saved — it's just marked as unpaid rather than lost.
Log back into your dashboard, and you'll see the application listed with a "Pay now" button. Clicking it opens a fresh Stripe Checkout session for the same application and amount, so you can retry with the same or a different card.
If you'd rather switch to bank transfer after a card payment issue, contact the team through the Contact page and they can help you complete the application that way instead.
