Paying by bank transfer and submitting proof
Bank transfer is a two-step process: transfer the funds, then upload proof from your dashboard.
If you choose "Bank transfer" instead of card, submitting your application shows you Codeeo's bank details and your unique payment reference — make sure to include that reference in your transfer so it can be matched to your application.
After you've made the transfer, log into your dashboard and open the application. There's an upload option specifically for payment proof — a screenshot or PDF of your transfer confirmation is sufficient.
Once the team confirms the funds have arrived against your reference, your application's payment status updates and processing continues. This confirmation isn't instant the way a card payment is, so allow a working day or two for the team to match and verify bank transfers, particularly for international transfers that take longer to clear.
