Resetting a forgotten password
Forgotten passwords are self-service — request a reset link from the login page and you're back in within minutes.
If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot password?" link next to the password field on the Login page. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
You'll receive an email with a reset link if that address matches an account — for privacy, the confirmation message on screen looks the same either way, so it doesn't reveal whether an email is registered. The link is valid for one hour and can only be used once.
Opening the link takes you to a page where you can set a new password. As soon as it's updated, you're signed out of your account everywhere it was previously logged in — this is a deliberate security step, since a forgotten-password request is often triggered by an account access concern, not just a memory lapse. Log back in on each device with your new password afterward.
If the link has expired or already been used, simply request a new one from the Login page — there's no limit on how many times you can do this.
