How many shareholders and visas should I select?
What these two fields actually affect on your application and pricing.
The "People" step of the application asks for your number of shareholders and how many residence visas you'd like to add.
Shareholders is simply how many individuals or corporate entities will own the company — most solo founders enter 1. This doesn't change your price, but it does affect the documents and structuring your authority requires, so enter the real number even if some shareholder details are still being finalised.
Residence visas are priced and processed separately from your company package — no package includes a visa by default, regardless of what you may have seen elsewhere. If you select visas here, they're added to your quote as a distinct line item, and each one goes through its own entry permit, medical, Emirates ID and stamping process once your licence is issued, tracked in the same dashboard.
You can also add visas later after your company is formed, from your dashboard, if you'd rather not decide now.
