Once your company is formed you can sponsor your own residence visa. The process is straightforward when documents are in order — here is what to expect.

1. Entry permit

The entry permit authorises you to complete the visa process inside the UAE. If you are already in the country, a status change avoids leaving and re-entering.

2. Medical fitness test

A quick medical screening at an approved centre. Results are usually available within a couple of days and feed directly into your application.

3. Emirates ID

You provide biometrics for your Emirates ID — your primary identity document in the UAE, used for banking, tenancy and government services.

4. Visa stamping

The residence visa is issued and linked to your Emirates ID. Most standard visas are valid for two years and are renewable. We track each stage and notify you at every milestone.

Track entry permit, medical, Emirates ID and stamping in one dashboard, right alongside your company formation.
